In response to the devastation of Hurricane Michael, First Baptist Griffin is joining with CBF Georgia in adopting Parker Elementary School in the Panama City, FL area to provide school supplies as they go back to school in the coming weeks. Additionally, the school suggests that NEW clothing for elementary school aged children will be helpful, too, as many children have lost everything. Also, gift cards will be very useful as families begin putting their lives back together.
We will be collecting supplies through Sunday, November 18. You can find collection boxes in the Welcome Center outside the Sanctuary and in Morgan Hall.
