About Morning Prayer
Morning Prayer is available at 8:30 a.m. each weekday on our Facebook page, which you can access from the Facebook icon on this page. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, this is led live by one of our ministers. On Tuesday and Thursday, we encourage you to follow the readings below and share any prayer requests on the corresponding post on Facebook. Can’t make it that early? Drop in throughout the day to watch and pray independently.

Bold — Everyone says together
Oh Lord, let my soul rise up to meet you
as the day rises to meet the sun.
Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning, is now, and will be forever. Amen.
Sing to the Lord a new song. Sing God’s praise in the assembly of the faithful. (Psalm 149:1)
Song of the Day
To whom shall we go?
You have the words of eternal life,
and we have believed and have come to know
that you are the Holy One of God. (John 6:68)

Prayers for Others
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name;
Thy kingdom come; thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For Thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen.
May the peace of the Lord Christ go with you: wherever he may send you;
may he guide you through the wilderness: protect you through the storm;
may he bring you home rejoicing: at the wonders he has shown you;
may he bring you home rejoicing: once again into our doors.
Go into this day, remembering that you are loved,
and there’s nothing you can do about it.
