In order to provide an opportunity for a variety of worship expressions at various times, First Baptist offers these worship services every Sunday. Find the style and time that best fits your needs.

Chapel Worship

8:45 a.m–9:30 a.m.
Bramblett Chapel

This small worship service offers a time of reflection and challenge using piano and hymns.

No childcare is provided during this service. 

Connexion Worship

11:00 a.m.–noon
Morgan Hall

This worship gathering features a live band, contemporary lighting, and praise and worship music, creating a relaxed and inviting environment that seeks to embody the traditions of faith in fresh ways. Associate Pastor Steven Norris is the primary preacher.

Celebration Worship

11:00 a.m.–noon

This time of worship utilizes a traditional worship framework. Organ, piano, choir, and orchestra are mainstays of this service. Both familiar and modern hymns are utilized. 

This service is broadcast live on Sundays at 11:00 a.m. on Comcast channel 26, at, and on WKEU 88.9 FM.

Children’s Worship

11:30 am – Noon 

Bramblett Chapel 

Families begin the 11:00 a.m. worship hour together. Both our Celebration and Connexion services have children’s sermons. At the designated time, children are invited to join Children’s Worship, an active and child-led service in Bramblett Chapel. Parents may pick up their children from the Chapel at the conclusion of our 11:00 a.m. services. 

Celebration – Children are invited to go to Children’s Worship after the Time for Children. 

Connexion – Children are invited to go to Children’s Worship via a message on the  screens, usually after the collection of tithes and offerings.
