Lilies represent hope and rebirth. Luke 12:27 reminds us to “Look at the lilies and how they grow. They don’t work or make their clothing, yet Solomon in all his glory was not dressed as beautifully as they are.”

As part of our celebration of Jesus’ victory over the grace on Easter, we place lilies on the altar in both the Sanctuary and Morgan Hall.

If you would like to contribute to the Easter lilies by giving a gift in honor or in memory of a loved one, we invite you to place your gift in the offering plate on Sunday morning or to mail it to P.O. Box 908, Griffin, GA 30223. Indicate the name(s) of the individual(s) being honored or remembered in the subject line.
