Champ has been a blessing to us for 22 ½ years now, taking care of our facilities, setting up chairs for innumerable events and worship services, and helping members with many special needs each week. We certainly will miss his faithful ministry to our congregation. Because of such a long tenure, we do want to set a time to recognize him here at First Baptist. His last day of work will be on April 19. We will have a reception for him on Palm Sunday, April 14, after morning worship in the Welcome area outside of our ministry suite.
