On Saturday, July 27th, Rev. Sarah Murray will celebrate her 5th anniversary with us. Sarah has been a tireless worker and has taken on significant new responsibilities in the last two years. Just a few of the hats she wears are: leading our children’s ministry, nurturing our children and younger families, and leading our Senior Adult Ministry. She was also the Staff Liaison with the Associate Pastor Search Team and during the time we were looking for a Minister of Students, she oversaw the ministry to our Students as well. She is passionate about learning new things. Accordingly, she is pursuing her Doctor of Ministry degree as well and planning to do her doctoral project on a new initiative she will begin closer to the end of this year to enhance the connection between parents and children. She is a good preacher and is well-spoken in all of her public expressions of ministry. She has been willing to take on all new challenges which have been handed to her. Thank you Sarah for your hard work, your thoughtful words, and your loving presence. We love you.
