On November 3, 2020, Election Day, we will exercise our right to choose as members of a democratic republic. During the day, we will make different choices for different reasons, hoping for different results. But that evening, while our nation gathers around its television sets and turns its attention to the outcome of the presidential election, we invite you to end your voting day around the table. Into the bitterly divided atmosphere that has become this nation’s political landscape in 2020, let us carve out a space to remember the God who unites us and celebrate our commitment to live together in community. The service will begin at 6:30 in the sanctuary.
