We are challenging kids to adopt a Bible Buddy stuffed animal and to explore the Bible together with their new buddies. Each day during the week of Holy Week (March 25-31) we will ask children to read a short passage from the Bible out loud and then reflect on what they read. They are welcome to write or draw but spend time reflecting on what they flet, learned or were challenged by while reading.
The Bible Buddies you see here will be available for adoption. Adoptions will take place on Sunday, March 17th and Sunday, March 24th. I would encourage your child to go ahead and think about which Buddy they may want to adopt and choose a special name. This will help when we complete the adoption certificate.
All of our families are invited to participate, no matter the age of your children. Here are the basics:
*Kids will adopt a Bible Bubby and receive a reading guide/journal.
*Follow along as we read the Bible March 25-31.
*Perfection is not the goal – desire to read the Bible is!!
*Share what your kiddos are learning. Share photos or videos of your child’s experience.
