There are many stories across the North America which show our mission dollars at work – doing things we cannot do and going places we cannot go. Two stories are:

Rick Burnette is a CBF Personnel serving in Florida.

The Mision Peniel Garden in Immokalee, Florida, is where local farmworker families can volunteer and harvest food they grow – jalepeno chipilin, corn, and plantain bananas which are preferred but the Hispanic farmworkers and their families. These farmers face livelihood challenges which the garden makes less burdensome.

Rick Sample is a CBF personnel serving in San Francisco, California. He is excited to be one of the only Americans invited to be part of a recent church leadership conference in the Bay area. Leaders from Korea, Iran, Afghanistan, Cambodia, Burma, Mongolia, and India were a part of this group addressing the global church and praying for revival in America.

As this month of emphasis on North American missions comes to a close, continue to study, pray, and contribute financially to these two mission offerings.

If you would like to be a part of this and many other mission efforts throughout the United States – give to either the CBF Global Mission Offering and/or Annie Armstrong Offering for North American Missions. Envelopes are available for your gift or you may contribute online at www.fbcgriffin.org/give
