A blue envelope for contributions to the First Baptist Church of Griffin GA Endowment Foundation, Inc were available for the first time on Sunday, November 17, 2019 in all three services. Please use the standard offering envelope for budget contributions and the blue envelope for endowment contributions in the future. The funds go to separate accounts which both benefit the church. Both organizations are recognized by the IRS as 501(c)(3) non-profit corporations.
Names of the undesignated and designated funds composing the portfolio of the foundation are shown on the card inserted in the new envelope in the pews or Connexion bulletin. You may contribute to any of these funds by designating them on your endowment envelope. Copies of the card and the new endowment gift envelope are shown below.
We have recently completed Endowment Foundation presentations to all adult Sunday School classes and will be glad to provide a program for any other church group.
