Fresh off their tour in London, Janet and Steve just signed a deal to perform at First Baptist Griffin on April 11th as part of the famed Friday Night Coffeehouse Concert Series. While they raved about the charms of the royal family and their warm reception in the UK, Janet and Steve are excited to be back home for a few days to prepare for their next excursion.
Brazil
Fresh off their tour in Brazil, Janet and Steve said they are carefully tweaking their set list for the April 11th Friday Night Coffeehouse Concert at FBC. When they were not performing in Manaus, they commented that their experiences on the jungle tour made them think fondly of their stint performing with a Guns N Roses tribute band back in early aughts.
Ireland
Fresh off their tour in Ireland, Janet and Steve caught themselves speaking with a heavy brogue (accent) when greeting their families at the airport. While on their site-seeing excursion in Cork, and after they had already kissed the Blarney Stone, they were horrified to learn that a scientific study had recently found some 700 million traces of DNA on the stone. Fortunately, they both had hand sanitizer in their pockets and were relieved to be able to apply it to their lips.
India
Fresh off their tour in India, including and a cordial visit with the Dali Lama and other monks, Janet and Steve said they found themselves longing to listen to John Denver on the flight home. They are keeping the program for their April 11th Friday Night Coffeehouse Concert at First Baptist a tight-lipped secret, but promise to reveal more details soon.
