Recreation

At First Baptist Church we believe in the development of the whole person. We seek to help people develop physically, as well as spiritually. Our Recreation Ministry strives to provide fitness, fun, and fellowship for our members.

Weight and Cardio Rooms

Our Family Life Building (FLB) is open to church members during the hours listed below.  We have state of the art weight and cardio rooms to meet a variety of fitness needs. We also have a gymnasium. 

Monday: 9:00-11:00 am
Tuesday: 9:00-11:00 am and 5:00-7:00 pm

Wednesday: 9:00-11:00 am
Thursday: 5:00-7:00 p.m.

There is no cost for church members. We ask that everyone coming to work out for the first time please fill out an application and a liability waiver.  Our FLB facilities are open to those 16 years of age and older. Those under 16 must be supervised by a legal guardian. No one under the age of 14 is allowed in our weight room.
