Griffin School for the ArtsArt is a universal language—one that reaches out beyond the rising tides, masters the barriers of spoken world languages, and reaches to both the rich and poor. It can have a profound effect on anyone—young or old. That’s why Griffin School for the Arts was developed. Based on Christian principles and a love for music and art, the School operates with a mindset that anyone can learn this universal language. Griffin School for the Arts provides a safe, nurturing environment in which to learn. Founded in 2007, Griffin School for the Arts is a non-profit division of First Baptist Church, Griffin. The Art & Sole 5k Run/Walk scheduled for Saturday, June 5, 2010 has been postponed until Fall 2010. Details to come. Note From The Director Art is a universal language. Everyone, regardless of age or skill level, can participate in learning the language of the arts. You can explore your passion for the arts, create using your God-given talents , and innovate in ways you never thought possible. The Griffin School for the Arts helps you learn the language of the arts. The GSA provides private and class arts education by qualified instructors for people of any age or skill level. The First Baptist Church campus hosts the Griffin School for the Arts offering facilities for studying the arts, including room for private instruction, group lessons, and performances.
